Each plan has a recommended minimum engagement period to ensure meaningful results. The Foundations plan has a 3-month minimum, Growth Accelerator is a 6-month engagement, and Executive Partner is a 12-month partnership. After the initial commitment period, you can continue month-to-month or cancel with 30 days written notice. We want you to stay because you are seeing value, not because of a contract.
The discovery session is a complimentary 30-minute conversation where we learn about your business, your challenges, and your goals. We will share our initial observations and recommendations, and together we will determine whether coaching is the right next step. There is absolutely no pressure — this is about finding the right fit for both sides.
Absolutely. We encourage clients to start where they feel comfortable and adjust as their needs evolve. You can upgrade at any time during your engagement, and downgrades can be arranged at the end of your current commitment period. We will always recommend the plan that best matches your current stage of growth.
While our Foundations and Growth Accelerator plans focus on the business owner or key decision-maker, the Executive Partner plan includes team workshops and organizational alignment sessions. We also offer standalone team coaching engagements on a project basis — contact us for a custom quote tailored to your team size and objectives.

Most coaching sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing, which allows us to serve clients across Canada and internationally. For Executive Partner clients, we include two in-person strategy intensives per year at our Québec City office or a location of your choosing. We are flexible and will work with whatever format helps you get the most out of each session.
